1) by having more people producing it
2) by supporting the purchase of it across all income levels.
3) by showing people where to go to buy it

We want to connect: potential growers with land and skills.
                                      And:  buyers with a source and the ability to buy it.
This means making connections between people and setting up a means by whch people can find regenerative food local to them. It also needs some form of voucher system to enable low income families to buy it.
