Short Film Summer Internship

The Film

The short film will explain some of the important connections that influence our world. Specifically, portraying knowledge of soil microbiology and its role in making agriculture more bio-diverse, increasing the nutrient density of food, sequestering carbon, managing water, suppressing pests and disease, and breaking up toxins.

How to apply

Please email saying what weeks/duration you would like to come for, and attach your CV. We will then organise an online interview over Zoom to discuss the internship and your suitability for it.

The Internship

The short film internship will allow interns to practice their film production skills, learn about soil microbiology and its important interactions, interview food producers, and work with others in a team.

Accomodation

Accomodation is included. There is accommodation available inside or outside in our field (tents provided), please let us know your preference. Interns will be self-catered, though we provide many basic food items; trips to a shop in Shap can be arranged for interns to buy other food. A meal with drinks will be provided on Fridays.
